Is valet parking available at DSM?
The current Des Moines Airport Authority public rate schedule lists Hourly, Long Term, Premium Long Term and Grey, Red and Blue economy parking; it does not list a separate airport-operated public valet tariff. Private products can change, so do not assume valet is included unless the live reservation explicitly says so.
Convenient alternatives to valet parking
For the shortest transfer, compare terminal-adjacent official parking. For a lower-cost reserved option, compare private self-parking with included shuttle service. Premium Long Term may be useful when convenience matters more than the lowest daily maximum.

Allow time for the transfer
Even a convenience-focused product can involve check-in or shuttle time. Build that into your terminal arrival target, especially for the first flight of the day or a busy holiday period.
Return arrangements
Keep the collection instructions with your itinerary and notify the provider only at the stage requested. Flight arrival time is not the same as being ready for pickup after baggage claim.
