Plan your flight and DSM parking together
Parking arrival comes before terminal arrival. If your parking includes a shuttle, add facility check-in, unloading and wait time before the airline's recommended check-in target.
Before departure
Recheck the flight status, terminal guidance and parking confirmation. Save any private-lot shuttle instructions and the official DSM parking QR code if using prepaid airport parking.
Choosing flight times with parking in mind
Early departures can limit shuttle choices. Late returns can affect pickup availability or create extra parking time. Check both ends of the journey before selecting a parking product.
Delays, cancellations and changed itineraries
If the flight changes, update the parking booking when permitted. DSM's official prepaid parking terms currently allow eligible amendments or cancellations up to two hours before the booked start; private providers have their own rules.
Picking someone up at DSM
Wait until the passenger is ready after baggage claim before approaching the terminal curb. If you need to go inside, use legal short-stay parking and follow current airport signs.
