Terminal and wayfinding
Follow airline and airport signage on arrival. Terminal projects and roadway changes can alter walking routes, pickup areas and garage access, so use current airport signs rather than an old map screenshot.
Check-in and security timing
Use your airline and TSA guidance for the day of travel. Parking time comes before the terminal arrival target. Keep boarding documents accessible and allow extra time during peak travel periods.
Accessible travel
Passengers needing assistance should coordinate with the airline before travel and use designated accessible parking only with the required permit. For private parking, confirm shuttle accessibility directly with the provider before paying.
Families, baggage and special needs
Allow extra transfer time for car seats, mobility devices or large baggage. Confirm whether a shuttle can carry the equipment you are bringing and whether assistance must be requested in advance.
Ground transportation and rental cars
DSM provides rental car and ground transportation services. Follow the current terminal signs for pickup zones, rental services, taxis and app-based rides, as locations can change during construction.
