Start with the address on your confirmation
Des Moines International Airport's official address is 5800 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, IA 50321. A private parking reservation may use a different address, so navigate to the facility shown on the booking confirmation rather than automatically entering the terminal address.
Terminal and official parking directions
Fleur Drive is the primary north-south approach to DSM. Follow airport signs for the terminal and the specific official lot or garage named in your plan. Road layouts and access points can change during airport improvement work.
Private parking directions
Clarion Inn Des Moines Airport: 1810 Army Post Road, Des Moines, IA 50315. For Special Rate DSM and Jet Parking, use the exact address supplied in the reservation because listing details can change.
Allow for the final airport approach
Leave time for traffic, facility check-in, unloading and any shuttle transfer. Do not use a terminal arrival target as the time you should reach an off-airport parking lot.
Plan the route for everyone traveling
If several people are travelling, agree who is handling luggage, the reservation QR code and the return pickup instructions. Save a screenshot of the parking address in case mobile service is weak.
Save the route back to your car
Keep the lot name, row or space information, facility phone number and return shuttle instructions with your itinerary. This is especially useful after a late flight or itinerary change.
